8-Channel Analog Multiplexer and Demultiplexer BL1521
◉ The BL1521 is an 8-Channel Analog Multiplexer and Demultiplexer that is designed for 2.5V to 5.5V VCC operation. It has low on-resistance (40Ω TYP) and very low off-leakage current (1nA TYP). The BL1521 device handles both analog and digital signals.
◉ The BL1521 is available in SOP16 package.
